On January 14, 2022, the prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of compliance with the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens of the Department for Supervision of the Execution of Legislation and the legality of legal Acts of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus Alesya Vladimirovna Kokhnovich, with the participation of Deputy Director General for Organizational and Personnel Work and Security P.V. Chichko, conducted a lesson on the specifics of working with appeals citizens and legal entities.

The participants discussed in detail such issues as the legal basis of this work, the specifics of considering various types of appeals, the requirements for maintaining a book of comments and suggestions, the need for analytical work in this area, the order of office work, typical shortcomings and violations when considering appeals and the responsibility of officials for this, as well as other relevant aspects of this activity. At the end of the meeting, A.V. Kokhnovich answered the questions received.
